1. By placing your order you agree that ATCproxys.com can request you to validate your identity, billing address, and credit card to use ATCproxys.com services. A government-issued ID must match the name on the credit card used. If verification cannot be completed a full refund will be offered and the account placing the order will be suspended from making any future purchases.

1.1 By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ATCproxys.com’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

4. Limitations

In no event shall ATCproxys.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ATCproxys.com’s Internet site, even if ATCproxys.com or an ATCproxys.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

ATCproxys.com may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to ATCproxys.com’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Fraud

In the event, fraud is discovered the fraudulent account, and all related accounts, are subject to immediate suspension or termination at the sole discretion of ATCproxy. All information available to ATCproxy about the fraudulent account/service shall be submitted to both local authorities, as well any financial institutions involved. All fraudulent orders are investigated, and all fraudulent clients will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, whether within the United States or abroad. Our proxies may not be used for any fraud activities in any way. If you use our proxies for any type of fraudulent activity your account will be immediately suspended and you will be banned from using our services indefinitely.

Payment Terms

1. Service Fees

Fees for Services ordered by Customer shall begin on the date of the order following Customer’s execution of electronic signature after having read and accepted this TOS, and the schedule of fees and other information found at Provider’s website, ATCproxys.com, all of which are posted at Provider’s website at http://www.ATCproxys.com/pricing.

2. Service Term

Customer agrees to a month-to-month term for Services unless otherwise agreed to in writing, by electronic mail, by instant messaging, or electronically via Provider’s website. If the term for Service is month-to-month, the term is automatically renewed each month, unless the Customer provides written notice of cancellation based on the terms provided below. If Customer has a term other than month-to-month, the term is automatically renewed for the same term, unless Customer provides written notice of cancellation based on the terms provided below.

3. Service Refunds

All orders rendered by ATCproxys.com are nonrefundable.

4. Proxy Bans

The proxies will be working and unbanned when we deliver them to you. We will not give replacements if you manage to get them banned, but if you pay for another month you can request a change if you want one (subject to IP availability). But if you are consistently getting our proxies banned, we will blacklist your ip and you from our site.

4.1 Proxy Ping

Proxy ping and speed is not guaranteed as there are many other factors that are out of our hands.

Website you are testing traffic. Is it during a drop? Expect slow “website” ping.

Having a server that has 1000mbps+ Download will not increase a ping. Proxy server location and Dedicated server location need to be in the same exact datacenter for best results.

As you can see there are so many things that will give you the final ping test result. If any of these are slow, that is your bottleneck.

Internet service provider, Server location, server specs all play a role in the final ping number. Because so many factors determine what the final ping is we cannot guarantee your speed. The speeds we post are from ATCproxys server setups. There are 100% no refunds due to clients getting slow speeds. By making your purchase you agree to these terms.

5. Disputes

Customers seeking to resolve any billing error shall open an support ticket within 60 days of an alleged billing error via email restockz@gmail.com. Without being limited by the preceding sentence, Customer agrees not to contest, seek reimbursement, chargeback or otherwise seek non-payment or reversal of any payment however made, without limitation, via credit card or otherwise for Services rendered. Any such action is a breach of this TOS. Terms governing Provider’s rights upon the occurrence of a breach is described in the paragraph under the heading “Breach”.

6. Non-Payment

All payments are due in full on the monthly or other periodic anniversary date, depending on the duration of Services agreed upon. Failure to remit payment for Services under this TOS on the monthly or other periodic anniversary date is a breach of this TOS. The provider may provide Customer with Services following a failure to pay, but is not obligated to, for four calendar days, including the anniversary date. Failure to remit payment by the fifth calendar day, which includes the anniversary date, shall result in the suspension of Services until payment is made.

7. Service is provided At-Will

ATCproxys.com can terminate your membership for any reason at any time. Services are provided at will and can also be terminated at our discretion.

The following outlines our privacy policy.

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
